Hope is dying.

Hope Jackson has lived her short life to the fullest, but her four closest friends are dangling on the brink of disaster. Right before dying of a rare heart condition, Hope sets up a scavenger hunt across New York City using her graffiti art. The directions she leaves her friends are simple: Solve the clues hidden in her art, and they’ll solve the problems haunting their lives.

Hope is dead.

Two days after her heart fails, Hope’s friends are thrown together:

Aiden, her best friend, whose plans to attend college have been scattered by his OCD.
Kali, her foster sister, whose last ties to sanity are as razor-thin as her anorexic waistline.
Erik, her high school crush, whose success as an athlete is based on a lie with no end in sight.
And Sam, her online pen-pal, whose perfect life exploded into chaos in the aftermath of a school bombing.

Together, the four teens take to the streets of New York to complete Hope’s scavenger hunt and fulfill her dying wishes. But in order to unravel the clues hidden in Hope’s graffiti, her friends will need to confront their personal demons head on.

Hope is within reach.

This is inspiring to all of foster children out there that totally feel that you are left alone or you don’t have a family or friends that you actually think you are so alone in this world. But no, this book will make you feel that you are so loved and that there is someone is there for you no matter what.

This story goes for four different people with their illnesses but care for one person only. Hope is dead and she got ready her scavenger hunt before she died. She set hunt for this four people that makes her so important and make her life relevant before she dies. Aiden, has an OCD. Erik, soon to be blind. Kalli, depressed. Sam, who can’t walk. All four they have each task and for Hope’s sake, they wanted to know what Hope has been planning all along for dragging their asses in a hunt and they even didn’t know each other. They travel together and discover those tasks and change their lives very deep in the future.

This is beautifully written… I really can’t express how beautiful it is since I have a soft heart to the people have this situation and I totally admire Hope for believing each one of them even though their so pain in the ass (especially Kali). Ups and downs of emotions are totally in here, it make me laugh and cry to various occasions and man, this book is really hard to put down.

I really can’t hate all four of them, I really adore them for pushing thru all struggles they’ve done and all the task they did are not easy for them since they know they’re comfort zones and limits but hey the end of the day they totally realize and remember their precious friend that who died. This book touched my heart and it will touch more hearts out there once it is out.
